The Australian

Sports group Catapult has signed a four-year lease to move its Melbourne office to Collins Square at a net annual rental thought to be more than $265,000.

The group, which invented GPS tracking devices for sports people, will lease 592sq m in the Walker Corporation-owned Clock Tower, adjoining the renovated Goods Shed now occupied by publisher Penguin Random House and Pearson.

Walker Corp has leased close to 100,000sq m of space at Collins Square, with other tenants including KPMG, Marsh Mercer, Transurban and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Walker Corporation chairman Lang Walker said Walker Corp had been willing to create customised solutions for tenants at the five-tower project.
