Saracens Academy developing young talent with PLAYERTEK

One of Europe’s leading rugby clubs, Saracens are the current Rugby Champions Cup holders having won back-to-back titles in 2016 and 2017. The club also boasts one of the game’s most productive academies and has developed several international players in recent years.

Having adopted PLAYERTEK in April 2017, Saracens use the GPS technology to monitor the development of their academy players, manage workloads and support injury rehabilitation. We recently visited the club’s training ground in St Albans to see how the club are using the technology to inform and improve performance at academy level.
